Legal Services for Entrepreneurs (LSE) offers free legal support to Bay Area small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs who face barriers to economic opportunity. We serve low-income individuals, businesses at high risk of displacement, those located in under-resourced and historically marginalized communities, and businesses committed to reinvesting in their neighborhoods, including by hiring individuals with arrest or conviction records.

Our services include legal consultations on entity formation, commercial leases, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and other business-related concerns.
