Since 1983, LCCRSF has been on the frontlines defending immigrants’ rights—representing thousands of asylum seekers in immigration courts and challenging unjust systems that lead to cruel and unfair treatment.

Through our Asylum Program, our in-house and pro bono attorneys provide critical legal representation to asylum seekers before Immigration Court.

Our Immigrant Justice Program identifies and challenges civil rights violations against immigrants. Working closely with community members and legal advocates, we investigate systemic issues and take legal action to hold institutions accountable—pursuing cases that drive meaningful, far-reaching change.
