Munger, Tolles & Olson Legal Fellow

Chloë joined LCCRSF’s Racial Justice team as a Munger, Tolles & Olson fellow in August of 2024. Prior to joining LCCRSF, they worked as a Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles County, fighting alongside low-income community members targeted by the carceral state. Chloë is a transformative justice advocate deeply committed to racial justice and collective liberation. She is passionate about building networks of care that lead us toward an abolitionist future free from prisons, policing, and other forms of state violence.

Chloë graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2023, where they specialized in Critical Race Studies and Public Interest Law & Policy. While in law school, Chloë worked as a law clerk/extern with UnCommon Law, Advancement Project National Office, and the Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc. Chloë participated in the Pretrial Justice Practicum in partnership with the Los Angeles County Office of the Public Defender, and performed research and policy advocacy to dismantle barriers to law school for formerly incarcerated and system-involved people. Chloë served as co-chair of the Reentry Clinic and co-founded the Alliance of Formerly Incarcerated & System-Involved Students. Chloë earned her B.A. in psychology from Temple University and is admitted to practice law in California.

Prior to attending law school, Chloë worked as a paralegal at the Innocence Project in New York, where she helped wrongfully convicted people overturn their convictions and return home from decades of incarceration. In their free time, Chloë enjoys weight-lifting, cooking, hiking, and spending time with their chosen family.
