Born and raised in Guam to Filipino immigrants, Gem Datuin moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2015 and has since then called the bay their home. They have over 8 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations, providing administrative and operational support. They thrive working behind the scenes, helping organizations run smoothly.

Outside of working at LCCRSF, Gem delights in baking, eating ice cream, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature, and playing music in their band, Coraza. They currently live in the East Bay with their partner, and their senior toy poodle-mix pup, Noni.
