Katie O’Neill joins the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of San Francisco team after graduating from the University of Cambridge with an MPhil in Development Studies. She has previously interned with non-profits in Morocco, Switzerland, and Oakland, where she worked on issues of economic development, gender justice, and human rights. She enjoys learning new languages and has studied French and Arabic, including a semester abroad in Amman, Jordan in 2019.  Katie graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2021 with a B.A. degree in International Relations. In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, practicing Arabic, and searching for the best pastries in the Bay Area.”
